At Pura, we want you to love your home's signature scent. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Package Your Items

  Place your unused diffusers or fragrances in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
